Location

We are located at 4202 Atlantic Ave, unit 201, in Long Beach, California in the heart of the Bixby Knolls neighborhood.

Our building is on the northeast corner of Atlantic Ave and Cartagena Street. Our unit is on the second floor. Please enter the building through the entrance on Atlantic Ave marked “4202.” When you enter, there will be stairs to your right and an elevator to your left. Follow the colorful paw prints!

Hours

Our center (which includes our adoption center, bunny hotel for boarders, Sunshine shop, and event space) is open to the public Wednesday - Sunday 11:00 - 5:00 weekly. Monday and Tuesday we’re technically closed but families with boarding bunnies can come for drop-off or pick-up during the hours listed below.

Monday & Tuesday: closed (boarder drop-off/pickup 11:00-2:00)
Wednesday: 11am-5pm
Thursday: 11am - 5pm
Friday: 11am - 5pm
Saturday: 11am - 5pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm

Parking

Sunshine Rabbit Center doesn’t have its own parking lot. However, our neighborhood offers many options for parking. Street park is available on both Atlantic Ave and Cartagena Street. There is also a large public parking lot on Atlantic Ave directly across from our location. The quiet neighborhood streets off of Atlantic also have parking available.
